SONG IV from SONGS AND POEMS by PHILIP GLASS Songs and Poems is an extraordinary collection of cello pieces that can only be performed on a double bass, only a few of them. With the video “HOME” I present the Song IV, performed for the first time on double bass only, the first of THREE of the mini-series QUARANTINE, created and shot by me, dedicated to this surreal period. “HOME” expresses my experience, the sensations and emotions lived, the time marked by waiting and observing spaces and objects that now take on different dimension and weight.
